This Privacy Policy explains how Uniqlabs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our apps, websites, and services ("Services"). It applies to users in the United States and is designed to meet applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.
We collect the categories of personal information listed below for the purposes of providing and operating the Services, verifying identity, securing accounts, supporting you, complying with law, and improving our services. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may collect:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your phone number for marketing without your separate consent.
If you provide a phone number, we use it only for transactional and security purposes (one-time codes, account recovery). We do not use it for marketing. Message and data rates may apply. We retain phone numbers only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. We use third-party SMS providers that act on our instructions to deliver these messages. You may opt out of any non-transactional SMS via instructions in those messages or in account settings.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (such as hosting, analytics, SMS delivery, and customer support) only for business purposes and under contract. We may also share when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
The following table summarizes our practices for the past 12 months for purposes of California and other state privacy laws.

We have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months. We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law (for example, 45 days, with any permitted extension). We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
To submit a request, contact us at privacy@uniqlabs.co or use any request form we provide. If we use tracking for targeted advertising or "sharing" as defined under state law, we will describe how you can opt out and whether we honor universal opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) in our Services or in follow-up communications.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Phone numbers used only for OTP and account security are retained only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly and may terminate the associated account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@uniqlabs.co and we will delete it. We do not condition a child's participation on collecting more information than is reasonably necessary. If we ever operate in a way directed to children under 13 or with actual knowledge of collecting from such children, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before collection and will offer the option to consent to our use without consenting to disclosure to third parties (unless disclosure is integral to the service).
For users aged 13–17, we may apply additional safety or privacy defaults as we develop our Services. California law prohibits selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16 without opt-in; we do not sell or share that information.
We do not sell or share your personal information. A "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is not required because we do not engage in those activities. If we use sensitive personal information beyond the purposes specified under applicable law, we will provide a way to limit that use (for example, a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link) where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes (especially those that expand how we collect, use, or share personal information), we will provide advance notice by email, in-app notice, or a prominent notice on the Services before the changes take effect, and we may require your consent where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where the law requires explicit consent. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
